What Others Say

Took in my vehicle for a complimentary oil and filter change. This was a little unexpected, but greatly appreciated. The facility is always clean, and has ample seating for the early birds (coffee too).

Deal with the Internet Fleet Manager Gaby. She was great and direct. No run around. Javier is also a very nice sales rep.

My purchase was a very pleasant process. All staff members at the dealer were friendly and helpful. I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted at a price that I thought was reasonable.

Daniel was my service person. He was extremely nice and explained everything recommended to service my Toyota. When I return to have my car serviced again, I will definitely request Daniel.

I recently had the most frustrating car buying experience. I was purchasing a new car for a family member and had negotiated with Melissa via SMS. They insisted on running a credit check for a cash transaction, which immediately raised red flags. I made it clear that I didn’t want to run a credit check for a cash transaction for my family member. I repeatedly requested that they wait for a banker’s check to clear and refrain from applying for a credit check. The next day, my family member arrived with a banker’s check in hand, but they still required her to fill out an application and conducted a hard credit pull. Apparently, there’s a lack of communication and unethical practices within their dealership. What’s the point of buying a car with cash if they conduct a credit check? I’ve purchased numerous cars with cash, and none of the other dealerships have ever required a credit check. They simply left a negative mark on her credit record, which will remain for two years. I strongly advise against buying from this dealership if you’re a cash buyer.

Daniel is very helpful and professional, one of the best advisors I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I definitely recommend
