We moved to Merced from Daly city in 2023. Since we moved here, we have been going to the Merced toyota dealership to service our cars. We traded in our 2 toyotas to buy a 2024 rav 4 at the dealership. We are very lucky to meet Kevin at the Toyota dealership. He always treats everyone with courtesy and respect. He is very professional. He always goes out of his way to help us. Kevin is the reason we will continue to use the merced Toyota dealership to service our car.

My daughter-in-law and I were treated like royalty. I have been to Merced Toyota many times over the years, and am always impressed with the customer service.
