After the service was done and ready to pay for the service, I showed the guy called Jared a coupon for a discount ,he refused to apply it and told me that I should show the coupon before the service was done which is weird ,
Went in for something minor. The next morning my hood would not open At ALL. Took it to nearby mechanic to find out why. Couldn't get it to open either. Went back to this dealership who had worked on the car the day before when the hood did open and they want me to pay $300 and change because some kind of way while it was in THEIR possession the hood latch suddenly RUSTED. It opened in a normal fashion when they looked under the hood the day before to give me an estimate as to what was wrong and needed repair which I paid them to do however when I received the car back from them the hood could no longer mysteriously open. Can't get any cooperation from this dealership at all. They advised that I do whatever it is that I need to do because its not their problem. They are trying to extort money from me to undo their faulty mistakes. Now I'm sure it was intentional on their behalf. THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUSTED
Service man Doug Muller is one you do not want to be dealing with at the service Department at Toyota of Morristown! If you get assigned to him, ask for someone else PLEASE! THE MAN IS RUDE, NOT WELL VERSED IN TOYOTA CARS, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! This person said the tech reproduced the problem we were having BUT CAN NOT FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR! THE MAN IS A TRAGEDY AND GOT VERY ANGRY AND ANIMATED WHEN I TOLD HIM WE WERE NOT PLEASED! HE WENT ON TO SAY AND I QUOTE..."THEN LEAVE YOUR CAR A FEW MORE xxxx DAYS AND WE WILL CHARGE YOU MORE!" WE LEFT AND I CALLED AN ASSOCIATE OF THE OWNER Johnathan Brauer TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT SERVICE PERSON THAT IN MY OPINION SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT FOR TREATING A CUSTOMER LIKE GARBAGE.
I would first like to say that Brad Bible, my service advisor was very professional, informative, and very kind. Obviously, cost has become a major factor in today’s world so when you have someone so kind and informative as I did with Brad, it makes it a little easier to accept that although our world that we once knew has changed, it is people like Brad that makes it easier.
A+ service from Doug Muller. I request Doug every time I schedule my appointments. I have my 2012 Toyota Camry serviced regularly at Toyota of Morristown. I brought my car in on Monday, 2/26 as my check engine light was coming on. Doug ensured the most experienced technician addressed the issue. I feel comfortable that my car is serviced properly at every visit. Thank you for going above and beyond each and every time.
Today I had a service done after 15k, routing tire front to rear and when I picked up the car it turned out that they forgot to tighten the wheel, it shouldn't have happened because he could have had an accident and they only apologized to me for it
