Richard Ponulak was fantastic to work with when I purchased my 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross. He guided me through the entire process, kept me updated on the delivery, and patiently helped set up the Toyota app with Apple CarPlay. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
The only suggestion I would offer for improvement is the customer service provided when welcoming clients at the pedestrian entrance. Lately, there have been significant delays in assistance, and the staff members were unsure of whom I should speak with. Additionally, it took 15 days to receive a response regarding my case.

Excellent experience purchasing my new Toyota Crown Signia. Harvey (Sales), Karl (Finance) were excellent to work with. The weekly communication follow up as to when I would receive my vehicle was outstanding. Nicely done. My son is looking for a RAV 4, we'll be back.
