Toyota of Naperville (VIP Rep Kyle Lackner) were very straight forward with the process and offered fair pricing. Kyle was attentive and responsive to my messages and questions. The dealership as a whole was sensitive to my necessary timeline of purchase and trade-in.
Rich, was amazing. I looked at 1 vehicle I live the color and then we saw a used one but a different color. I love that vehicle and we ended up seeing it there was the same c vehicle with the color I wanted and one was coming in a few days. He kept me posted and schedule a time once it arrived.
