I had a great experience buying from Toyota of Naperville. Matt George was my Product Specialist and was truly friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic to work with. The transaction was smooth and the pricing was very competitive without any haggling or unexpected fees. I went in expecting to buy a new vehicle, but a used floor model caught my eye and Matt patiently walked me through the pros and cons of used vs. new. He has a no pressure approach. It was great. Zeke in financing was also great. The paperwork went smoothly and about as quickly as you can expect. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in buying a car.
