Mr. Torres was an outstanding salesman — very polite, professional, and truly dedicated to helping me as a customer. He did his absolute best to make everything smooth and kept every promise, including arranging the vehicle’s shipping on time from another state to Illinois. He was friendly and easy to talk to, shared his own experience with buying a car, and even joked a bit to make the process enjoyable. The car was delivered in excellent, very clean condition. What I appreciated most was how patiently he explained every detail of the vehicle — all the features, settings, and even how to use things through my mobile phone. Even after the purchase, he remains available anytime I have questions, which shows real care for his customers. Richard and Kyle were both sensative to my feelings as I said "GoodBye" to my car and to my driving privileges. I loved my Camry which was like a good friend. Now at age 98 I look back at years of independence and I am thankful for years of service by the Toyota Company. Thank you. I only took my car to Toyota for services and annual inspection. Your building and office was always friendly and clean. Sadly I don't remember all the names over the years who helped me. but I never met anyone who was too busy to talk to me.
