I have now bought 6 vehicles from Toyota of Naperville. The entire dealership from Service to Sales is friendly, professional and knowledgeable; from Service to Sales. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My Sales Representative has, and continues to be Barbara Aceto. She is clearly one of the best within the Toyota Universe, if not the industry. I am sure that the others here are just as friendly, and outgoing. The sales team is low pressure and provide all of the information you require to purchase a vehicle that is right for you. The reason for my visit today was for service on my 2021 Venza, which was accomplished without a catch. My Service representative was Tamia, who always had a smile and was eager to help. What a great place to do business.

I've purchased and serviced every vehicle I've owned since 2008 at Toyota of Naperville. If 18 years of repeat business doesn't sum up how amazing the staff is there I'm not sure much else can. I've purchased 2 trucks from Mike Beck now. He's always polite, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy. The service department is 11/10. They out perform every other dealer service department exponentially!

From the start, Nadeem Mirza was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through the features in detail during the test drive and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciated that he stayed at the dealership until every step of the process was complete and the delivery was finalized. The buying process was smooth and efficient — everything was completed in about two hours. The only minor downside was that the finance team was quite insistent about adding an extended warranty package; otherwise, every aspect of the experience was excellent. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would gladly recommend Nadeem and the dealership to others.
