Careless with handling wheel covers when doing tire rotation, broke and scratch my wheel covers . Service associates are nice and helpful.

The people at the dealership in my case John, are really responsive and the give consistent updates regarding your car and what step they're on. They finished my repair ahead of schedule and we're really professional.

Service rep was great. Vehicle was done in a timely manner however, I was told a few weeks ago from a tire shop while facing a flatthat I need front brakes. I thought I might get a call from Toyota for that issue. I did not. I went to a third Mechanic other than the tire shop that informed me as well that I needed front brakes. Therefore I got front brakes from an outside party that I was willing to do with Toyota if they would’ve brought it to my attention. Also note on the report my brakes were checked and passed with 100%. I have 115,000 miles on the vehicle and this is the first time I put brake pads on.
