Cean provided me recommendations and encouraged me to obtain services that were necessary for that maintenance period. Justin, one of the members of management, listened to my concerns and immediately resolved them above and beyond my expectations. For example, when I received my vehicle and drove away, I noticed a really bad sound when I pressed the brakes. I brought it back immediately and Justin thoroughly explained the problem, and resolved it within 3 minutes. Super impressed and grateful.
