​Buying a car can be stressful, but our experience at Toyota of Temecula completely flipped the script. We originally went in to look at a used vehicle, and our salesperson, Brandon Hernandez, was phenomenal. ​There was zero pressure—just an entirely relaxed, honest, and easygoing environment. Instead of pushing for a quick sale, Brandon took the time to understand our situation, walked us through the numbers, and actually guided us toward a brand-new vehicle that made much more financial sense in the long run. ​It’s rare to find a dealership and a sales professional who genuinely prioritize what’s best for the customer's wallet over making a quick buck. We called the dealership on Sunday to find out if they had a specific car in their inventory and they confirmed that they did. We told them that we had a quote from another dealer for the same vehicle and they matched the price. We did the paperwork online before driving to Temecula and everything was ready when we got there two hours later. Michael was helpful throughout the entire process and provided wonderful support.
