Sam was very helpful, and I was able to get the color vehicle I wanted sooner than expected.

When it came time to purchase a new-to-me vehicle, I returned to Toyota of Braintree for the fourth time. As always, I worked with Carlos Alvarez. Carlos’ kindness, professionalism, and regard for his customers will always make me return to work with him. In the finance department I worked with Joey Foy. Joey does a great job explaining everything without being condescending and makes the paperwork enjoyable. Of all of the times I have worked with dealerships, he is the first finance person who left such an awesome impression I remember his name without having to look it up. I could not ask for a better experience start to finish.
Have been with this dealership 4 leases. Plan many more. They are polite, clean dealership, friendly, more importantly, I am not pressured.

I had a wonderful experience with salesman Hamed. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He was patient and knowledgeable. He shows enthusiasm for the product he sells. Carlos made sure we were taken care of after hearing we had a frustrating experience with another dealership. I was pleased with my purchasing experience.
