We just bought our seventh car from Josh Grasso at Trent and had a great experience as usual. It is hard to shop at other dealers because we’ve never had as good of an experience anywhere else. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about cars in general, is low pressure and patient, and truly wants the best outcome for us, even if that means no vehicle at the moment. He works hard to make the deal happen and is friendly and relatable. Tim Abrams in the finance department was great as well. You can’t go wrong with Josh and Trent!

Rep was informative and professional. Kept me informed of status. Trent is a top notch dealership. On a different note, in all honesty m, I don’t enjoy being asked to complete a survey more than once and certainly not 3 or 4 times. And when I finally got around to doing it, I was required to write a minimum of 15 words. If it weren’t for the fact they the rep was so good I would not have completed this survey out of principle.
