It was pleasant to work with my salesman, Jon Frame. He was respectful, responsive and honest. When it came to finance, I asked for the point off the buy rate that forum allows and was told I wasn't allowing the dealership to make enough money. I was told I had to go get the loan myself. Instead of taking the $320 for 1% of the amount financed, they wanted $960 for 3% of the amount finance. Then by requiring me to drive an hour to get the money directly from forum, the dealership received $0. This seemed very petty and made no sense. If there was such a concern about the amount of money made in the deal, why not take the $320 and save me the trip, instead of getting $0 from the bank?
