Dropped care off ahead of scheduled appointment. Was done earlier than expected. Very pleased with service.
I feel like the uftring service department goes out of their way to care for their customers, you don't find that in too many places anymore.
Prompt ,courteous, thorough service completed in a very reasonable amount of time. When I initially called for my appointment they they verified the deadline to complete my first free service for oil change and tire rotation, which i really appreciated.
They did a good job overall. Got the purchase completed in one night. My only issue was that after I bought it, I noticed some body flaws and several bad noises that I did not notice until I got home and will have to have fixed. I also realized it was missing the spare key fob, and the remote start only works with an app that I have to pay for even though the fob has remote start. The car price was much more than I would have expected to pay to have all of those issues 45 minutes after driving off the lot.
I dropped my vehicle off overnight. About an hour after my scheduled appointment, I received a call informing me that my service was complete. It does not get any better than that.
