What Others Say

They will sell you a "Lemon Law" buy back car without actually telling you and then want you to take the loss....Quote from a person that they sold a lemon law car too..."On 12/12/22, my car was towed to Mtn. View Ford Lincoln. I was told by them that the car was in horrible shape, that it should have never been sold due to the previous history of problems." Let the buyer beware....

Purchased a used 2017 F250 which was supposed to have passed a Ford inspection. I drove it 3 hours on the interstate to get home and had loud metal on metal grinding noises coming from the front end. This was a Saturday. Did not drive the truck again until Monday morning to drive it straight to a repair shop where I was told it needed rotors and brakes. Cost $598. Had to spend this before I could drive the truck. I called Phillip, the salesman, who told me they might be able to meet me half way and reimburse around $300 and mail me a check. I was ok with this. I thought that was a fair request. Phillip said he'd check with his manger and let me know. He never followed up. I've had to call and email numerous times to finally get the answer today (after about 3 weeks) that no they are not going to help out. This is disappointing for a Ford dealership who told me the truck passed an inspection and 3 hours later I had serious brake issues. I'd be ware before purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. The plastic roof molding was also loose and Phillip told me just to "glue it back on", which I did and it seems to be holding. I feel like that too should've been caught in their inspection. I didn't ask for them to fix it, just asked how I could fix it. I felt I was being more than reasonable since I just spent $37,000 on a truck.

Great customer service for sure! We made a deal on the phone and within 2 hours I went to sign off on paperwork and drove off parking lot. The hospitality was great with everyone we came in contact with and we will always go back to Taylor Ford for our vehicles.

Always great service experience with these folks. They really try to take care of their customers

Phillip and Jason are both very helpful when buying a new vehicle. We have purchased several cars and trucks from the Taylor Family and they always do us right. This is the place to go if you need a vehicle.

We were away out of town and noticed on the Ford Pass App that our Explorer was due an oil change and tire rotation. We were scheduled to go on vacation after returning from our current trip. I called Taylor Ford and talked to Justin about my dilemma. He said they could go get it and do the service and take it back. I made arrangements to get them the key and they took care of it. Really satisfied with their service dept. Great folks at Taylor Ford.
