Worst Experience...last Thursday drove an Acadia that I loved the sales person and store manager would negotiate on price. No problem, thanked them for their help and left. Received a text on Thursday night from the Customer Care Team and they asked if they can my price for the car I wanted...if I agreed to pick up on Saturday. I said absolutely! Customer Care Team said they would speak with Manager and get back to me. Received another text Friday that we had a deal, would I be picking up the car on Saturday, I said yes I will be there at 10am...arrived at 10am and was told they sold the car.

I bought a vehicle for just under 40k from this place. (By the way, the vehicle was advertised online for approximately 5k LESS than the actual sale price). It did not have an owners manual and only one key fob when I went to test drive it. I asked the salesman if the deal ship could provide me with an owners manual and 2 key fobs to which he replied, NO PROBLEM!! We can definitely do that!!! Needless to say I am still waiting for my key fob and owners manual. They started ignoring me eventually. If they lie about nonsense like this, what else are they lying about? I’m just some xxxxxxx so what do I know. Im sure they give you a good deal…….. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again. Do what you want, but I think this place employs a bunch of vultures. One more interesting fact. Shortly after I purchased my vehicle, I was able to refinance the loan for 2.3 points LESS than what they gave me. I guess I’m just better at negotiating with the banks……I’m sure it has nothing to do with their level of honesty or integrity while doing business. That would be crazy!!! Dealing with this place has been a thorn in my side from the get go, I know better and I should have walked away from the beginning. Thanks Maxon!! Keep up the good work!!

My wife and I were getting her '18 Encore serviced, and stopped in the showroom to look at the new models. Santiago Vega came up and introduced himself. He showed us the Encore GX and explained that what she was interested in was in the Avenir model. He got one in a few minutes, and after showing her the features, she decided to buy that one then and there. Santiago made everything so easy, that it was the best buying experience ever. I hope he sticks around because I want him as my salesman when I want to replace my car.

Santiago Vega is an amazing salesman. He has a positive and authentic approach to customers. I felt comfortable with him and he answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable; reviewing all aspects of the car with the patience of a saint. I was very impressed by him and have recommended him to a friend! Furthermore, Edwin Gutierrez was wonderful! He was so kind and supportive. It is apparent he knows cars and was able to point me in the right direction. He got the ball rolling for me and ensured that the process would be smooth.

I was going to my Chemotherapy app, suddenly my car gave a warning. I called maxon buick and they said ti pass by cause my car can't be driven. I was 30 mins away. I arrived and Bino one of the customer service was ok with us. But the supervisor was something else !!! * Lohi * extremely rude, unprofessional, unfriendly. Didn't want to even help me out to get a car to return me home, i live an hour away !! And they don't even provide you a car. Not to mention that my car is 2022 and they want me to rent a car for 40$ a day !!! And me to call customer service and do all that and they were going to close in 3 mins !!! Seriously the worst customer service i met. They meet you with a big smile when they want to convince you to buy a car, and very frowned face when you come for a recall !!!! I want to mention that my car still under warranty.

He has the knowledge and background of a technician which has aided him with his position, first as a service advisor and then an experienced sales representative. Mr. Vega assisted me with the purchase of my 2024 GMC Acadia. The entire experience was seamless due to his diligence, patience, and kindness.
