The service manager, Brett Spencer was a great with me and I feel that he extended more than what he needed to to an elderly person that had been a member of that Ford company for many years when it was Battlefield Ford, and then changed over to Ourisman Ford. Thank you, for your service and support.
They fixed the rattling (motor mounts) and when I brought it back because of the hood latch stuck they got to it right away.
Steve the salesman was awesome! He attended to my needs and made sure to answer all my questions. Also, highly recommend the dealership since they have a very LARGE inventory.
Tamara is the young that’s helps me when i call for service she is one of the most helpful, courteous, professional persons that I’ve dealt with she is always readily available answers all my questions when I don’t understand and make sure it’s that I am thoroughly taken care of.
