The Service Department at Bryan College Station Toyota is amazing! Fast service, thorough explanations of work. If you are going to buy a vehicle from a dealership, I would suggest you look at the Service Department before you buy. This will tell you how you will be treated after the sale. This Service Department in one of the best I have ever worked with. Carey Hausenfluck has gone above and beyond for me in the past couple of weeks. She has made a stressful situation easier and provided me valuable advise.
After my and members of my family have such positive experiences buying vehicles from BCST, we no longer car shop anymore but just find what we need there. We know the price offered will be fair to both ourselves and the dealership. And the no hassle approach of the staff is refreshing. Heck, I even thought the bot named Emma did a great job.

No high pressure salesman or games. Easy sale and easy paperwork completed. We are pleasantly surprised and pleased.
Heather is great. She explains everything thoroughly and she keeps in touch with us making suggestions but not pressuring us to accomplish things that are not quite necessary on the other hand she has made sure she makes it clear that certain things should be done. The only reason I gave four stars for The shop is it took two hours with an appointment and my appointment was not on the schedule even though I had confirmation of an appointment.
