She explains everything thoroughly and she keeps in touch with us making suggestions but not pressuring us to accomplish things that are not quite necessary on the other hand she has made sure she makes it clear that certain things should be done. The only reason I gave four stars for The shop is it took two hours with an appointment and my appointment was not on the schedule even though I had confirmation of an appointment.
