TBH the attitude of the people who do intake of the car is rather terrifying. So rude and disrespectful not to me but I saw it with another customer. Not to say I was treated with any more kindness. It’s just so robotic and unpersonal and unkind. Completing the work was definitely speedier than expected.

Payman was friendly and knowledgeable and ordered the necessary parts for my car…. Still waiting for it to arrive but when I does I know I will be taken care of
