Fred was the most skilled and knowledgeable car salesman I have ever come across. He laid out all of the information and ensured I knew every portion of what was happening. Honda Valley is very well run. I’m impressed by the availability of different models and colors. People who work there were friendly and courteous. Our sales representative Bill Terhorst was wonderful. He is courteous, friendly, and helpful. He helped us a few years ago with two purchases. He was also respectful and not pushy if I wasn’t interested in purchasing certain features. I also appreciated that our finance representative was not pushy if we declined buying extra features. All in all it was a good experience buying our car. We would come back again if we need to buy another car and would recommend to other people.
