Roland Gomez was great from the moment I met him. I had plan to visit another dealership, but Roland made it hard for me to leave without buying the used Ford Explorer. I had a miner problem after I bought the Ford that needed to be taken care of. I called Roland and he put me with the right person who will take care of the problem. I will be sending friends and family members to Valley Honda and tell them to ask for Roland. Thank you, Roland, for all that you did for me.
Impressive, employee-owned operation. Salesman Edgar was kind, polite, efficient and very knowledgeable about the cars. Easy to communicate with and get updates from him.
The entire process from start to finish was stress-free and smooth. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. They were willing to work with us on the sale and trade-in. At no point did we ever feel pressured or like we were being held hostage (something I felt at a different brand’s dealership last time I purchased a vehicle.) Valley Honda made the car buying experience enjoyable! Every dealership could learn a thing or two from them!
