⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely AMAZING experience at Valley Honda! From start to finish, we truly could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. JD was incredible! He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the entire process. He made sure we understood everything, answered all of our questions, and most importantly, never once made us feel pressured or rushed. He made us feel completely welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire experience, which made such a huge difference when making a big purchase like a car. Rose was equally amazing! She was so kind, genuine, and graceful and brought such a warm, homey feeling to the entire experience. Buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming, but JD and Rose made it feel exciting, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. I truly cannot recommend JD and Rose enough. They are wonderful people who clearly care about the people they are helping, not just making a sale. Went to many different dealerships to decide on my first new car, and kept driving an hour to Naperville for the service. Anthony was so helpful and patient, never pushy. Johnathan stepped in at the end and I had the same experience with him. It’s the kind of service you actually tell your friends and family about. Highly recommend. Would 100% do it all again with the same guys.
