I haven't had such a negative experience. The salesmen Joe Fusco told me he had the car I requested but lied over and over. He could have told me at any time that he couldn't deliver the car. Instead he chose to lie until it was too late for me to shop elsewhere. I lost the incentive of $3000 because the incentive ended. For an advertised family owned and operated business I can't imagine have a family like this. This salesman is the reason people don't trust car dealers.

Mike went above and beyond for me, explained everything in detail, and made sure I was educated on all my options so I could make an informed decision for myself. I had gone to previous dealerships prior to Van Buren Buick GMC, and was very underwhelmed. Mike was thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating - but most of all, he listened.
