Five Star Chevy and Lloyd Facen are the absolute best! They make it feel like home in the process is so simple. I would recommend all friends and family to Lloyd in Five Star Chevy. He is trustworthy honest and just a good person! Gary Lindsay in the finance department was also wonderful. The experience was simple and not stressful and I can’t say enough about this team.
All I want to say, is that Mr. JR Lopez, went above and beyond to help me, and gave me a 5 Stars service, hats off to him!! Great service, great communication, and great dealership!!
I made it there for my appointment I was greeted on arrival and he was very polite and was taken to the waiting room and there was coffee, and snacks. Then when my truck was ready the gentleman came and let me knew and he very polite. Thank you very much!
