Our sales rep, Ty, was extremely helpful and patient. It took me several test drives because I expected to like the Trax but ended up with the Equinox. Each time, Ty would walk me through the features, ask what of those features was important to me and if there was something else that I felt I needed in a vehicle. Ty never got frustrated with my repeat visits and questions and he worked diligently to find a car that truly fit my needs.
