The experience was amazing and stress free, from the first hand shake to the moment my set of keys were given to me, Ty, and the whole crew was amazing, and I was able to feel the honesty and transparency of each one in the dealership! I had a loose part on my silverado EV. I called amanda. She scheduled a time for me to come in to check it out. Got all the info needed. Ordered what was needed. Scheduled me to come back for install. Hour later the mechanic, Angel, a handsome Puerto Rican, Brad Pitt type, tells me he got everything handled. With his Antonio Banderas style accent, I just knew everything was gonna be all right.
