Villa Ford from sales to service just can't be beat. The quality and caring is obvious even in routine service visits. Fast work done correctly at a fair price, no one could ask for more.

Service Advisor, Jane Neuenswander, is excellent. She is knowledgeable, responsive and keeps her commitments to getting car serviced. She is an asset to Villa Ford and is the reason we come to Villa Ford for service.

Our salesman was Joe Vargas and he was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and non-pressuring. Unfortunately, the car we purchased had a recall and we couldn't take it home till it was fixed. Alex Amiri made it right by reimbursing us for a rental car and giving us a loaner car. They also offered to make our first payment and all payments after that we wouldn't have the car. Luckily for them, the car was fixed and only one car payment will be needed. That is good customer service and we would highly recommend Villa Ford.

Love that they are conveniently open for service on Saturday. Very helpful with arranging transportation and delivery of vehicle when service was completed.
