I recently had my vehicle serviced at Vision Dodge, and I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and care provided by the service department. They completed an oil change, tire rotation, and inspected a few concerns I had with my vehicle. The ability to drop off my car the night before and securely leave my key in the drop box made the process extremely convenient. The staff was courteous, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout. Having Ron back made a noticeable difference—his professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stand out. I appreciate the team’s prompt attention and commitment to excellent service.
Took my 2025 grand cherokee in for an intermittent issue with the vehicles key fobs. Occasionally the remote start won't work, neither fob will work, the lock/unlock amd panic buttons won't work either(standing right next to it), until I physically go out to the vehicle and grab the door handle, only then will the fob work. I called for an appointment, they got me in within a couple days and could not replicate the issue. So they put the issue on file and said to call if it happens again.
The team is kind, attentive and thoughtful! I trust them with the car and maintenance of my Chrysler Pacifica.
They are attentive, caring and doing whatever they can to help me with a year-old Wrangler that is constantly in their shop.
The people were friendly. They listened to me. The finance guy explained the warranty in simple terms. I enjoyed the experience. I left feeling I was treated with respect and I was involved in the decision making of my purchase. I didn't feel 'sold'.
