Ed, my salesman was totally prepared to receive us & was very well informed about the vehicle's functions. He showed us how to operate all the fancy features it was equipped with. I received a good trade-in value for my vehicle, the paperwork went fast & the transition was efficient. The most important & impressive thing about the whole event was the call that I received a couple of days later from Ed. He wanted to know if I had any questions, issues or problems with my new vehicle. In the 50+ years that I have been purchasing vehicles, I had never received a follow-up call specially from a human to ensure my satisfaction. I have been very happy with all work done so far by the dealership on the multiple different Fords I own or have owned. Mostly it has been regular service and recall repairs, the prices have been good especially when coupons are available. I would have given all 5 stars had it not been for the additional dealer markup that I was told would not be added when I placed the order for my 2023 Maverick. I may have not been so unhappy about it if it were only a small amount but it was substantial and unexpected.
