I have been going to DTLA Audi for almost 20 years. Best service, professional, friendly and consistent with their service.
Customer Service was the BEST. There was no judgement. Everyone that was coming in to the dealer was treated with equal respect and enthusiasm. I've been to so many other dealers (Audi, sadly) where I was "pre-judged" based on my appearance and not given any time, none. My E-Tron GT is amazing, and Audi DTLA won my business, while other missed out because of poor customer service.

This was the best car buying experience that I have had in a very long time. Erik was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was super-efficient dealing with all the necessary paperwork making the whole process for us so easy. He is definitely a great salesperson.
Lonnie was very helpful with what I needed. He was awesome in calling my Uber for me rather than keep me waiting there while my car got it’s service and then informing me of when my car was done with its service and sending me back over. He brought my car down and had the door open for me when it was time for me to take my car back! He was great! First time at Audi in downtown.
