Always great service department! Lynn Ford always takes good care of my car when I take it in for service! I have been a loyal Crest Volvo customer since we moved to Dallas 15 years ago.

A huge part of that loyalty comes down to Jordan Farmer, their maintenance service manager. He goes way beyond any service manager we’ve worked with — attentive, honest, and genuinely takes care of us. Our most recent visit was routine maintenance on our 2018 XC90, and as always, it was handled smoothly and professionally. If you’re looking for a dealership that earns real trust and repeat business, Crest Volvo (and Jordan especially) is it.
