Great communication and quality work is hard to beat! They have kept the Volvo in great order for 100k and hopefully will make it to 200k
This is by far one of the best car purchase experiences you could ever ask for. I buy a lot of cars and this is my 3rd from Greg Bryan. He will not pester you, he is extremely well versed in everything he sells, and he treats everyone the same. There is not a salesperson more genuine than Greg. This is truly the best experience around. Our finance director was absolutely fantastic as well and the second time we have been lucky enough to use her. You will never worry about bait and switch here. What they say is what they do and they stand behind everything they sell. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we are a Crest Volvo for life family.
This was my first time taking my new Volvo in for service (purchased approximately 6 weeks ago). One of my tires showed low on air and I just thought it was because of the colder weather moving in. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. DaeJon placed me in a new loan vehicle as my service advisor, Fabian, had to order the tire. When I picked up my car a day later the sweet and kind Porter (who remembered my name) helped me transfer my belongings from one vehicle to the other, my car was washed and I was on my way. Great first impression of the Service Department. Thank you Crest Volvo!
I am always so impressed by the level of customer service Crest consistently provides. As a leader in a fortune 50 company, I'm frankly jealous and curious if this is unique to Crest or consistent across Volvo as well how Crest has cultivated this culture. Fabian and Mark in the service center both made me feel as if I was a famous person and connected me with Mark who is helping me plan my next vehicle purchase. Caden gave me his time to test drive a cx60 while mark was away for lunch and was so knowledgeable about the product he supports. I don't know the name of the two ladies in the loaner department but they both two just really made me feel comfortable and were so helpful.
Great experience from service to sales to financing. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience fun. My only opportunity for improvement is how long the process takes - 3-4 hours was a lot.
Service advisor explained everything that was being done & the results. Service completed ahead of schedule.
