Purchased multiple Volvos from Crest. Service is always top notch! Mark is an excellent service advisor.
There was a strong push for additional coverage which I understand but there was lot of numbers gimmickry and back & forth which I felt like a constant battle which stressed me out. I was a perfect 850 FICO and still got 6.79% interest rate which is disappointing. I love the car but the financing experience was not great.
Crest Volvo service is always customer focused and extremely efficient. Every service department member, including Lynn my service advisor, is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
