we highly recommend Kevin Peavy at Voss Chevy! We hated the thought of a new car purchase at the moment so we decided on a used car. During our search we came across a car of interest at Voss. Kevin was our salesman and we cannot be happier with our entire experience. The typical "used car salesman" stereotype goes completely out the window with Kevin. He is incredibly up front, personable and professional. He turned everything into a friendship experience instead of just a purchase. We decided against the original car and ended up purchasing a larger vehicle....NO pressure from Kevin at all. He is a very "this is going to be your purchase, going to be your car, YOU have to be happy with what you buy" type of salesman. Voss has a great staff member - not just a salesman - in Kevin!

Through the entire ordering process, providing consistent updates from GM production, train travel updates and dealer arrival. Dan had also ordered the requested GM accessories ahead of schedule in order to finalize on-time delivery. I live in NC and found this dealership via Autotrader. I dealt with Michael Graves via email at first and he was very prompt and knowledgeable. We then corresponded by phone to further discuss the deal and Michael was very personable and professional. I flew up to OH to purchase the car and another salesman, Brian Bauman picked me up at the airport and walked me through all the final paperwork. Michael dropped in to say hello face to face as did the manager. The finance man was very thorough as well as very nice. Everyone I encountered from Dave the lot tech to the receptionist to the salesmen I had mentioned were nothing but helpful and friendly. I had a great experience and am only sad this dealership is so far away! This dealer had the exact car I was looking for at a great price and topped off with great service.
