Had my 2010 FJ towed to Koch Toyota after serpentine belt broke while in Leominster. Get a msg early next morning from Natasha Allen, Service Consultant. She got my FJ in, belt replaced and kept me informed of progress. Excellent tech work. Outstanding Customer Service, 5 Star. Natasha is the best.
This dealership has poor customer service. The sales person we dealt with seemed disorganized and confused. Calling us at home stating the car was ready for us. We went to the dealership to pick it up, low and behold us was not. He also forgot to ask for the title of our trade in, therefore another trip back to the dealership. The finance person Mackenzie when we said we were not interested in the extended warranty, got very combative, aggressive and just plain nasty. This to the point I almost cancelled the deal. I will not buy my next car from this dealership.
I had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from Koch Toyota. I test drove and purchased in under 2 hours with absolutely no pressure and perfect attentiveness. Everton Gomes was my sales man and he was fantastic. He went over the car, listened to my needs, and was never pushy or trying to upsell. I also had a quick wait and awesome experience in the finance department with Mike Jandrew. I would definitely purchase from Everton again.
Avoid selling your used car to Koch Toyota. They enticed me by phone with a quote on my car (which was close $s to other offers I had)..then low-balled me by 20% after I visited dealership. They would not produce the original quote provided to me and Manager was rude and dismissive. BTW - car was low miles in great shape
Called service dept because check engine and 4WD malfunction. Was told I could drop off my car for a couple of days and they would take a look at it. I said not an option and they said I could rent a car for a couple days at their dealership. My response was can’t you offer anything better. She sent my call to the service coordinator but instead I had to leave a message. That was five weeks ago. Little did they know we were also going to look at the RAV4s. After this treatment with service we have decided not to purchase through this dealership. Btw. This was the first time in seven years of having our car that we reached out for any malfunction request. Shame on you Koch. Very poor customer service. Also having not heard from Koch after the first day we contacted meineke who offered to run a diagnostic test at no charge and found this to be a fluke issue.
Alexander Brewer was an excellent salesman. He made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable since this was my second time buying a vehicle from him this year.He got me the truck I wanted. Good job Alex
