Went to Jeep Waldorf because driverside rear tire kept loosing pressure. There was a nail in the tire. Took 30 minutes and $47 to plug the tire. So far the service department's customer service has been courteous and professional.

The dealership was very professional from the beginning to the end. The bathroom was very clean. Mr. Ruben was courteous.. All of the staff was kind and welcoming.

Mr. Ruben kept me in the loop as my vehicle was being repaired, even when I returned due to a bumping noise as my vehicle rolled over a speed bump. The technician addressed my concerns, drove to verify where the noise occurred.
