Jalen Dorton is a master of his craft and an excellent human being. A deal that took three days because of the complications on my end and not once did he loose his professionalism and willingness to help with everything I needed. On the drive from Tallahassee to Clearwater I must have passed 40 dealerships but it he made a deal for me well worth the 4.5hr drive. Needless to say I’m very pleased with my experience with Jalen and Walker Ford. Hope to not need a another vehicle for a while, but if I do, Jalen and walker ford will certainly be my first stop.

They need more people answering the phone, was on hold for a long time. The service is good but the phones are terrible, I dread calling.

I was quickly welcomed by sales rep. Kevin Jewel, He showed me what was available in used vehicles. I picked the one i wanted, and Kevin helped all the way through the rest of process.I was very satisfied with the whole staff.
