They were very friendly and helpful. I started coming here for service on my previous vehicle even though I bought it from someone else.

Good experience. I was in a couple weeks prior for the same issue and it was not corrected. This time, the team and service were fantastic. After this experience, I would highly recommend the Washington Ford service center.
It's the most pleasant dealership experience I've had, time and time again. Bought my vehicle from Barry (he's great). Got my maintenance and inspection here (Jacob helped me this recent visit). Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
