My Escape was serviced promptly and fixed the display problem. They also setup my future home service for my Mach e recalls. Kevin is very professional, polite, and thorough.

Great dealership. Service department can be trusted or I wouldn't have had my first Escape serviced there since 2018. Returned to same dealer and salesman to buy my new car.

I called for an appointment and they got us in the same day. They fixed the problem lickety split and I picked my car up that evening. Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I hope I never have to see them again but if I do Washington Ford is where I will go.😉
