What Others Say

Service is awesome . Easy to schedule appointments. Service manager Kevin Konic is very easy to work and calls when my vehicle is ready for pickup.

We love dealing with you but we haven’t gotten either bought 4 new vehicles from you guys when we bought the Maverick it took a while before it come in. We asked for tee-shirt & hat since we bought a Bronco 10 months go we got nothing. When Bronco we asked for couple oil filters and was told he would get them never did. So this is our experience.

I do not think that Washington Ford provides a good return on investment. $58.00 for wiper blades, $26.00 for a light bulb, $210.00 for 20 lug nuts! The work seems to have been done but at at an inflated price. Since there are no other Ford dealerships in the area, it is not possible to compare costs.

The service department no only has they been outstanding on taking care of my truck issues , but also they answer my concern with knowledge and a smile.

Service was great and the car pick up and delivery was also great as usual!!

Always kind and professional Timely and courteous Really want to make it a smooth experience
