Baytown Ford has redeemed themselves! Enrique and the team came through and made a deal happen today that was unbelievable. We've bought now 8 vehicles from them over the years, but a few years ago I swore I'd not come back because of a very rude salesman. He's gone, and the team really Bent over backwards to put me into a brand new F350.
Our service was excellent! Over the phone and everything was ready when we got there. Melissa was amazing.
