Kristian was extremely unprofessional. I have coverage for oil changes through fidelity, after nearly 100k miles on my expedition, he now wants to change the rules on how I use the coverage. When I explained to him how it was used for the past 4 years he kept shrugging his shoulders and telling me “well not anymore”. I left Wayne Akers for the first time yesterday extremely disappointed with the service I received and without getting my maintenance done.
