Very straightforward and direct. Negotiations were simple with the employee pricing taking place at the time which was nice. Trade-In value with was well within reason as well. They also respected the fact that I came with knowledge and research and wasn’t coming in blind.

I feel like they only checked my oil and that's it - I didn't get the impression they did much more
