Overall it was ok. The technician was great and did a great job with the service. Communication was lacking. I got no update the first day it was there and when I called about it I could not get an answer. I also called a couple times and no one in service would answer.
Michelle is always great! No matter when I call she always accommodates my schedule and makes it happen.

Very smooth, no cheese sales pitch and wanted to get me in a vehicle I was happy with most importantly Eric stayed with me through the entire process and was there to shake my hand at the end and thanked me for my business, that is very important to me
