Wonderful buying experience, we were in and out from 1:30 pm to 3 pm. We did a quick test drive, knew what we were looking for and Elmer helped us with establishing something we were comfortable with and budget in mind. He was also sweet and a true gentleman. Everyone in there was kind and treated us like family. I have the most respect for this kind of facility. Thank you to Mickey Johnson for welcoming us in- even putting his lunch down to speak with us. Thank you Elmer, Drew, Richard Gulledge, and many others.

Van did a great job and I've never had a better car buying experience than at Courtesy Buick. I was able to negotiate prior to arriving and there was no "hard sales" approach.

The Service Department was a pleasure to deal with. Rick Smith was great with communication and was always on top of the situations. Mike Merz the mechanic came out and personally walked me through the process of what was done. He walked me through what was happening and the detail was incredible. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a dealer for service, based on usually having friends who can fix anything, however with the time and concern Courtesy GMC Service Department showed me, I will be using them for many years to come.

Can always get the needed repair done the first time. Service rep Olin Taylor is always very clear in what's needed and why. Always convenient as they provide transportation if the service visit will be lengthy.

I went in for my oil change but I also had a concern regarding my brakes. Olin and the staff were very timely with getting me seen and addressing all of my concerns. Olin also provided me an update on what to expect during my next oil change. The information is very helpful, especially since we now have a son in college and a five month old.
