5 stars for Steven Almonaciid - service advisor Wayne who went over and above in giving me Iris Carcich superior service. Steven took time to explain what was needed for my vehicle. I lost my only key fob and though (2) were not available at the time He explained that he would order them immediately so that the following day the (2) would be programmed. I didn’t have a way home so he made sure that a courtesy ride would be provided. Steven is a very caring individual and made my time less stressful. Steven will always be the representative I will always come to when my car need to be serviced. Thank you Steve you are the best. Thank you for putting forth great service and good vibes. You will achieve greater things in your future.
