Timothy was very helpful and made sure I considered all of my options before making a purchase. Although I was at the dealership longer than expected, he made sure I was comfortable and was very patient with the process of deciding on whether or not to trade in my car and get a new one, or just get my car repaired. When Timothy had to take care of another client, he sent in a trusted sales colleague to close the deal, including his manger. They were all very helpful.
