I had an absolute 5-star experience buying my brand-new 2026 RAV4 Woodland at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston! My purchase was a true necessity rather than a personal caprice—my Kia broke. My salesperson, Andrew, went completely above and beyond to accommodate me. The moment I asked for a loaner car, Andrew stepped up immediately to ensure I had safe courtesy transportation so my daily life wouldn't be interrupted. He even patiently helped me move all of my personal belongings out of my old vehicle. Andrew is incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely people-oriented. Unlike other dealerships where salespeople pressure you and dictate what you 'need,' Andrew completely respected my timeline and supported my independent decisions with zero pressure.
