After visiting so many dealerships looking for an SUV that I was excited about owning and that also fit my budget, I finally found Fred Anderson Toyota in Charleston. Andrew Huffman got me out the door that day in exactly what I wanted. No heckling or sqeezy salesman tactics. His honesty and transparency was refreshing. The entire staff was helpful and made us feel right at home. I will definitely be referring them to all my friends and family.

Leased my car here and decided to proceed and purchase. The process was very swift and for that I can thank, Demarcus. He did an amazing job and was extremely patient when responding to all 100 of our questions. He had outstanding customer service and went above and beyond for us. We did really appreciate the fact that he gave us options and tried to help us find the best deal. Demarcus was great, i’ll be looking for him again next time I need a new Toyota. Also, I have to mention Matthew in finance was AMAZING! He helped me get the best interest rate, you can tell he wants the best for everyone. I unfortunately had him there a little late and he didn’t complain one time, instead kept reassuring me that it was absolutely okay and not not feel bad. Very great experience with Matthew!
